WATER DAMAGE
Water damage can be caused by broken pipes, blown water heaters, rising water, roof leaks or even when putting out a fire. You name it, we’ve seen it. Water damage is very tricky and sometimes not easily seen. You could very well have water build up in your walls, under laminate or wood floors, and other spots that are difficult to detect without a professional. We will locate the damage and take steps to get it dried out as quickly as possible. Mold typically grows in temperatures between 60 and 90 degrees (grows the fastest between 77 and 86). The average home is consistently with in that range. Mold can begin to grow within 24-48 hours of water intrusion. We go in with the proper equipment designed to dry your property and tear out all the damaged sheetrock and insulation to be replaced once we know that everything is dry.
MOLD REMEDIATION
Some times you see the mold before the water damage and some times the opposite is true. Either way mold can be a serious problem and potentially harmful to your health. It is vitally important to make sure that you properly handle the mold issue and contain future possible problems.
